BEEMS Pre-lodgement Tariff Bands (Including GMR and PBN)
Transport Operators can:
- ✔ Create the Goods Movement Record GMR & Pre-Boarding notification PBN directly in BEEMS
- ✔ Linking operators drivers to share GMR & PBN status information received from relevant authorities
- ✔ Save incomplete GMR & PBN drafts, edit and correct. Driver will receive automatic status updates
Transport Operator will receive via Email/Web notification:
- ✔ GMR & PBN ready to check In
- ✔ GMR & PBN is checked In
- ✔ GMR & PBN has embarked on the crossing
- ✔ Inspection required or movement is free to proceed
Driver will receive via SMS:
- ✔ Unique GMR & PBN for the movement
- ✔ Notification to proceed to check in at ferry terminal
- ✔ Notification if an inspection is required or not prior to disembarking

Tariff Notes:
- Pre-lodgement, using the UK Goods Vehicle Movement Service, GVMS. (HMRC Border Operating Model July 2020).
- Invoices are payable by Direct Debit which will be collected 30 days after the invoice date.
- Tariff can be changed with 30 days' notice. Requests to change tariff must be given in writing via email.
- Overages will be charged via monthly invoice in arrears.
- All fees are subject to annual price review and regulatory increases.
